Why is diversifying ADR a problem even tougher and more stubborn than diversifying both the legal profession as a whole and the corporate sphere? Are our minds getting in our way? This interactive presentation on implicit bias – better described as everyone’s mindbugs – will help us reevaluate why we are not achieving the shared goal of diversity. We will discuss better ways forward. (Note: for the full experience, all registrants attending this panel are asked to take at least 2 tests (taking no more than 10 minutes) found online HERE.)
